Processing Times & Shipping Options
Please note that estimated shipping times do not include processing / packaging time.
Our entire team works extra hard to process orders as quickly as we can, but please understand that there are several weeks during the year where we are processing orders for over 10 major cities at once. Since the Diner en Blanc & other white-themed dinner events are seasonal, this means that we rely on some temporary staff to help prepare & package the orders and as a result additional time may be required.
If your event is in less than 7 days and you are ordering furniture, please select the "URGENT Processing" option to ensure your package can be packaged and delivered in time. Furniture items require extra handling to package properly: sets that include chairs require boxes measuring 40" x 18".
The urgent processing option is available within the continental United States.
For urgent shipping options to other U.S. cities or other countries, please contact us by email to confirm options available based on current queue of orders and the destination city.
Back-Orders / Out-of-Stock Items
Orders which include back-orders or items that are temporarily out of stock will ship as soon as these products are available if there is a known replenishment date before your event. If not, we will ship your items separately.
If you request shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments you do not pick up your package from customs, additional charges may be required for re-shipping depending on the carrier.
We offer shipping to over 60 countries. If your country does not appear in the list available at the time of check out, please contact us directly.
For international orders (other than Canada), you will be responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Certain items may be subject to duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. The exact amounts vary with the value of goods, duty and tax rates, and other fees assessed by your local customs office.
While we can't provide you the exact breakdown of the fees, please reach out to your Customs office for specific information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
